This is a cool property in a great location, but it’s not a five star hotel. Firstly the breakfast is very limited in terms of what is included. The rooms are clean but not particularly comfortable or high end. The general design aesthetic is cool but impractical, the cast iron stairs are noisy and the steps down to spa are precarious and nothing is very comfortable (despite looking trendy). The location is perfection and the staff are kind and attentive. The air conditioning is dreadful - didn’t work effectively and made a dreadful noise. There is also some kind of extractor fan in the main court yard which is disturbing. Overall i wouldn’t recommend given price.

ARQUITECTURA 100 FUNCIONALIDAD 5, es un hotel que se preocupó más por lo arquitectónico que por la funcionalidad y la estancia placentera del huésped. La primera noche tuvimos los que se metió al cuarto por culpa de una puerta mal planeada, que permitía que la luz exterior entrar al cuarto. Su personal muy amablemente desconectó el foco para los días siguientes. Las puertas del baño son de madera, tipo bisagra, muy grandes y hacen muchísimo ruido cuando entras al baño, así que lo más probable es que alguien se despierte Cada vez que el cuarto contigo, o el de arriba habrían el agua, se escuchaba todo dentro El Arq. se le ocurrió hacer unas escaleras metálicas, así que cada vez que sube o baja personal o un huésped, escuchas todas las pisadas. Por lo que es muy difícil descansar por el ruido ocasionado. Desgraciadamente, las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, así que se escucha todo. Su personal es muy atento, y es una lástima que no se haya pensado en el confort del huésped, sino en que se viera bonito el hotel. La zona del Spa es lo mejor junto con el personal.
