Room was very clean and in good condition . Unfortunately it was impossible to open the curtains as we faced a brick wall two feet away, so no natural light. The staff really make this hotel special. They couldn’t do enough for me and were always friendly and professional. I did enjoy the complimentary tea or coffee in the lounge after a days’s site seeing. Excellent location for all the sites in old Mumbai. The only reason for 4 stars was because my room did not have a window to look out, but the room was spotless and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended
