Exceptional stay, nothing was too much trouble. Extensive breakfast options and always great service

Beautiful, clean, lovely staff. Careful of the seagulls if eating breakfast outside, and the bar closes at 10.30pm so order ahead if you want anything after being out for dinner etc.

This is a very nice hotel in the centre of the V & A in Cape Town. Just a short walk to the main shopping mall and restaurant’s. The hotel staff make this a place to return too. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant and bar staff. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere in the main restaurant.

6/10 Good

The staff and service were excellent and the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room was quite average and not what we expected for the price. The hotel felt more like an airport hotel than a luxury waterfront property.

This hotel was much better than one could have expected from the Radison brand. Every touch point pleased us, reception, room, service and food plus an amazing waterfront location. It’s definitely on our come again list

Staff and location, and breakfast all good. Cleanliness a couple of hiccups but nothing to worry about.
