We spent 48 hours in Berlin, and this was a great location for seeing the city. Really conveniently located for getting around, both walking to tourist sites and using public transport. We had a smaller room, which was fine for what was needed as we were mainly out and about. Can't comment on breakfast as didnt include in our booking so could explore more eateries in the city. Bar looked lovely but again didn't use it as was exploring outside of the hotel more! There was some noise from outside but no more than I would expect when staying in a major city.

Location is everything in real estate. Hotel One is a five minute walk from Berlin’s central train station…meaning it is the PERFECT location from which to explore the city. All the major sites we wanted to get to were easily reachable by tram or train, and even a direct train to and from the airport. We arrived via an 8:30 a.m. flight, and were THRILLED when the hotel already had a room ready and allowed us to check in right away rather than having to store luggage for several hours before allowing us into our room. It’s always nice to be settled in and know that your stuff is safely locked away. And the cherry on top was the breakfast offerings—especially for my gluten-free wife. Just let the breakfast staff know you need a gluten-free option, and ten minutes later they deliver a warm basket of gluten-free goodness that fills your tummy and puts a smile on your face to start the day. Including a WARM gluten-free baguette! We have rarely been so well taken care of when it comes to gluten free breakfast options. Our room wasn’t large…but we weren’t there to spend time in the room. As a “home base” to explore Berlin for a few days, it was a perfect spot. Absolutely would book again.
