We had the most amazing stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. The property is stunning, the food was delicious, and the entire staff truly made us feel taken care of every step of the way.
A very special thank you to Margarita in the buffet. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and always greeted us with the warmest smile. Little moments like that make a stay feel extra special, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience each morning.
It’s the people like Margarita who turn a great resort into an unforgettable one. We are so grateful for the kindness and hospitality we experienced and cannot wait to come back again soon.
