We were booked for a room on the 4th floor, but I am disabled and we had a ton of luggage and the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, so we were able to be moved to a room on the 1st floor. Nothing fancy but was very clean and the ac worked well. We were only there for a few hours due to late arrival at airport, but we slept well. Great for budget conscious travelers that just needs a place to sleep! Also had my service dog with me and had no issues."
