We had a smooth check in. Bed was comfortable. Couch was covered in crumbs, etc. I was pretty upset over that! Bathrooms were not the cleanest but not gross. I think this place needs a better cleaning crew and I wish the hot tub was open later.

Fun place to stay, lots of amenities and activities to do. Staff is friendly. The restaurant got our food out pretty quickly even when busy. The ice cream store was very very slow and the showers could've been cleaned more often but other than that, overall great stay!

8/10 Very good

My only complaint was the community showers and restrooms. We stayed for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday. In that time, the bathrooms and showers were never cleaned. There was a lot of trash and towels left in the shower rooms from other guests. One of the urinals (there were 2) in the men's room was pretty gross, and it was never cleaned. They did have some cleaners there on Sunday morning that cleaned out the showers that weren't in use. You should definitely bring shower shoes if you plan on using the showers while staying there. We stayed in a glamping tent, it was fun. The portable heater in the tent was easy to use and took the edge off the cold nights. The tents have locking doors with a code. There are no tables inside the glamping tent except for two night stands next to the bed. There was also a twin-sized bed with a trundle and a futon. There's also a picnic table outside for meals and a fire pit at each tent to enjoy. The restaurant at the resort had good food, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a fun place to stay. Overall, the resort looked well cared for. The pool area was nice and clean. The location of the resort is pretty remote and felt peaceful. The night skies were beautiful.

We stayed for 3 nights while we travelled to the parks around the area. The kids loved the pool and having mini golf right outside our cabin was great entertainment. The food was decently priced in the restaurant as well. Overall a great stay, so much that we extended it an extra night there.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed all the recreational opportunities. One of the two pools was closed but plenty of space in the open pool. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The pizza was good in the main dining room but not a lot of other options besides pizza, burgers, or chicken tenders. The glamping tents were spacious but wish they were spread out more. Some late arrivals kept us up one night as they were trying to unload with all the tents clumped together. Overall I'd come back as this place is great for families with all the recreation amenities. Lot more relaxed then staying down in the canyon.

Very clean with nicely heated bathrooms and showers. Glamping tents had heaters and it was very cold at night.

10/10 Exceptional

We had the two bedroom cabin and it worked well for two parents and three kids. The cabin is small but well designed, very clean modern bathroom and shower. The main lodge is so cute and the restaurant excellent. Wish we had more time to spend at the resort. The advantage of staying on East side of Zion is the drive into the park is beautiful and also there is no line at the entrance of the park (unlike the main other entrance).

Exceeded our expectations. The tiny home wasn't so tiny! Staff were extremely helpful. I only wish we had found this place while our kids were younger, they would have loved everything there is to do there! Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our short stay was filled with wonderful memories. If you’re on your way to Zion Canyon or Bryce Canyon definitely stop by and check this place out-it’s truly worth it. We would love to return again in the future!

6/10 Good

We stayed in the tents! They were ok. We came in when the power had gone out due to a power line issue so we were under prepared. If you are staying bring everything like you are camping: coolers, Food a way to cook things too. There was also a NO fire order. Only propane grills could be used. We did not bring one. It was a cute stay overall but it all needs a little maintenance. Rust is everywhere, pool slides need some refreshing. There were no straws or spoons to eat the slushies we bought at the pool Cafe. Morning coffee and breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Overall we would go back.
