Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff in the gold lounge, Rolley,Pascoal, Vitoria and Alysha go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..all parts of the hotel in and out are kept in tiptop condition. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk into Hamilton and the view of the bay is gorgeous.

The hotel was very elegant so as the staff and all was great!! And our flight was delayed for a day due to hurricane and as a decent hotel i was refunded for the first night which says a lot!!! Thanks and hope will be back soon!!

We loved our stay at Princess! The hotel itself is a museum of modern art. It's beautiful, convenient, staff were overall very friendly. We'd definitely consider going back there again.
