Having stayed at this resort previously, it was an easy decision to book here again. We did the all inclusive package and were satisfied with both breakfast and lunch. The dinners were good as well but we expected a bit more. The facility is well maintained and the staff is very helpful. If anyone decides to engage in the spa/massage you will not be disappointed, the cave massage is extremely soothing and you will come out feeling outstanding. All in all, this was a great vacation.

The location is great, and the staff was professional and welcoming. The spa was wonderful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, the rooms could use some remodeling and more attention to cleanliness. The bed was not comfortable, the porch area was dirty, and the outdoor furniture was old and not well maintained. The beach furniture was also old and could use updating or replacement. The food was not good, with the exception of breakfast, which was enjoyable. Overall, the property has a great location, professional staff, and an excellent spa, but improvements to the rooms, cleanliness, comfort of the beds, outdoor and beach furniture, and food quality would make the experience much better.

Beautiful grounds on a hill overlooking the bay. Close to the airport and close to scooter rental - which we used to explore the entire island. Staff was phenomenal, extremely friendly. Good food - we did breakfast and dinner plan - and good entertainment after dinner. We took advantage of a couples spa in the underground caves on the property, it was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

The resort was lovely. The food was good to excellent. All staff was wonderful. So helpful and friendly. I didn't know when I booked thru Expedia that this there was an option for all inclusive. We signed up for that at check-in. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, many alcoholic beverages AND bus and ferry passes were included. Would love to return there in the future

This was our second visit to Grotto Bay, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. My husband and I are always so impressed by the staff—they are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed every meal. The only minor disappointment was that some guests didn’t clean up after themselves. We occasionally found empty bottles and cups left on the beach, which took away from the otherwise pristine setting. We had another wonderful stay and look forward to returning again.

Our room had a water view but it was covered by lots of greenery. Everything was very clean but our room seemed a bit worn, could use updating. We did have a refrigerator and when we realized the blow dryer was broken, they promptly replaced it. The main resort buildings were spotless..the restaurants were excellent- wonderful food. Small pool and lovely private beach on the bay. Fish swimming all around in the area by the rocks- very calm water. The resort has a spa and a cave for swimming- just stunning! Grounds were lovely and resort had a bus stop across the street for easy access to get to island sites. You can also easily walk to the Crystal & Fantasy caves and the famous Swizzle Inn. We got around very well by bus, but if you never want to leave the resort, you will be very pleased with the beach, pool, gym, restaurants and other lawn activities. Service was amazing. Hotel staff very warm and welcoming.
