Great value for the price. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options, and they were happy to cook eggs to order. The property had a bit of an American feel, from the music playing in the lobby to the mini market offering snacks and other essentials. Some of the furniture showed a little wear, but everything was functional and it wasn’t a major issue. The beds were comfortable, and we especially appreciated being upgraded from a king-only room to a room with a king bed plus a twin for our four-year-old. Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly return if we’re ever in the Eskişehir area again.

Even though we got the suite, which was a very nice size with fireplace Jacuzzi tub and king size bed, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and the refrigerator did not work at all. The gym was well equipped. Also, the restaurant staff were were very lackadaisical. We ended up eating at a donor kabob within walking distance and had a lovely meal.

Our rooms were faving the street, in both rooms the windows were not sealed, street noise was not insulated! The beds were not comfortable and all sheets and towels seemed very old. I would recommend the place for business travelers but not for.family vacations

Aydınlatma anlayışında genel olarak bir problem var. Her yer loş ışık.Odanın ısıtılması çok uzun sürüyor fan sürekli soğuk üflüyor sıcağa geçene kadar hasta olabilirsiniz. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Personel güler yüzlü, istediğiniz herhangi bir konuda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Tek gecelik için iyidir ama bir kaç günlük için sanki biraz kasabilir

Odaların aydınlatma konusunda biraz yetersiz buldum. Bir de TV yayını sürekli gidip geldiği için gerektiğinde çocuklara tablet vermek durumunda kaldık. Bildirdiğimde hemen yardımcı oldular ama bizden sonra kalanların işine yarasın artık :) Kahvaltısı çeşitlilik açısından gayet yeterli ve lezzetli. Akşam yemeği de bir o kadar memnuniyet vericiydi. Hotels.com’un karmaşık rezervasyon yapısından dolayı B&B yaptığımı sandığım rezervasyonu RO yaptığımı checkin sırasında fark etmiş olmak biraz üzdü ama yapacak bir şey yok 2 değil birkaç kez kontrol etmek gerekiyor sanırım. Şehir oteli olarak tercih ederiz yine.
