We loved staying at CASA Di Palaia, our room was amazing. We loved the steam bath, it was a good surprise as we didn’t know it was there. My fiancé used it each day as he loves steam rooms. Especially came in handy when it rained. The breakfast they put out, Such a great selection of some meat, cheese, breads and pastries. Some yogurt, granola and fruits to choose from. Took a drive out to Greve, wow beautiful little spot. Brought back a meat tray lunch back to B&B, to enjoy on our private balcony. One downside was hot tub wasn’t hot so we didn’t use it. But we also didn’t ask for help so that was our fault. The hosts are fantastic, they did their best to communicate with us. I tried to speak Italian to best of my ability.

No power in room for over 2 hours and doors to main area locked and even though i emailed continously, no one came to fix. Had a large event second day that we were not informed of so felt very trapped by the over 100 people who took over the place for many hours. Hot tub is a tub with jets but has no heater. You need car if you want to do anything as taxis impossible to get and everything is far. Restaurant was closed on day we arrived so we had to order in. We were not informed of when it was to reopen likely because of the large event that we were not informed of. We left in the middle of our stay( mothers day) as we were very upset. We called hotels.com first and even they couldnt get in contact with the hosts.

Habitación limpia, baño recién remodelado pero tiene un olor fuerte a drenaje. Estuvimos 3 noches, la segunda noche hubo un evento en el restaurante que está prácticamente a lado de las habitaciones, el ruido era bastante así que le mandamos mensaje al personal para saber a qué hora terminaría ya que no podíamos dormir mi familia y yo, mensaje que nunca respondieron, fue difícil el descanso. Hubiéramos agradecido que nos informaran sobre el evento que tendrían en la noche. Es un lugar bonito, el ruido con los eventos es inevitable. El desayuno muy malo, es continental, pero había cosas ya en mal estado. El personal es poco amable.
