What a beautiful hotel, fantastic service and wonderfully relaxing. Everything is well thought through and it doesn't feel overly crowded. There was always sunbeds by the pool and afternoon tea in the skyview was perfect.

The personnel in the Burj Al Arab went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! It was my moms birthday and she was amazed at the room upgrade, the hospitality, the cleanliness of the room, and our butler BoBo who was super nice and accommodating!
