The hotel was the perfect stay for us during our trip along the Ring Road. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There's not much in the area, so we dined at the on-site restaurant. I would warn that the dinner can be quite expensive for the meal portion you receive (compared to some of the other hotel dinners that we had during the rest of our 12-day Ring Road adventure). The morning breakfast buffet was really good though, so don't skip out on that for a fresh start to the day!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was very cozy, welcoming, and friendly. A special thank you to the amazing staff member from Poland, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was always happy to help and even assisted us with drying our shoes after we got completely soaked while visiting a waterfall. Her kindness and attention to detail made a huge difference. The breakfast was also very good, with a great selection and quality food. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Iceland.
