Great location and the service by the staff is outstanding. Close to a large shopping center.

2/10 Poor

I stayed there for four nights. The hotel is totally worn out. The curtains have holes in it. House keeping is terrible. They don’t vacuum your room. AC wasn’t working as they had started room heaters. That would make my room 27 degrees C. The only option I was given was to open the room window. The only good part of my stay was their restaurant amd breakfast spread. Lots of option, great F&B staff and good food even for a vegetarian like me. But I would avoid this hotel next time I am in Almaty.

The room was neat and clean, and we appreciated the very nice towels and linens. We also really liked it. There were fresh water stations on every floor. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A small café downstairs a very good latte!

The new renovation really fits the property and made my experience much better. Overall, amazing hotel with an exception of slow service and the hotel needs cleaning more often in the rooms.

it’s in a convenient location, quiet and staff members are very friendly. But the property is a bit run down. The carpet needs to be replaced and the furnitures are old.

Changes for the worse

I had a great stay in the fall of 2023. The summer of 2024, the hotel is undergoing renovation and a shift towards hosting large groups of tourists (often sleeping in the common areas as they awaited their rooms). Breakfast was of low quality. Some young people working at the front desk were excellent, and others were lackluster and poorly trained. location (near a large shopping center) is excellent, but I won't be back.
