I chose it as it was marginally cheaper than other places that didn’t have gym facilities, it had promised a spa but that wasn’t functional, locked with promise of repair.

Great hotel all around, and not many complaints to offer. Only thing is the stocked mini bar option, it’s really in my opinion subpar what one could expect. It’s only a gimmick I know, but I just wouldn’t advise people to pay for it, just buy your own, it doesn’t come with a lot.
