The room was stocked and very clean (I saw some reviews mentioning a weird “smell” but this is a really common smell for any building within this close of a proximity to the beach). The amenities are great and the outdoor space is kept impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and walk you to your room to show you where everything in your room is. The only suggestion I would make is to bring a cheap hanging closet organizer as the drawer space was slightly limited. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

The property is situation on the north end of Montauk - so a short drivd from main strip - but absolute perfection. Chip and Jordan and everyone else are amazing - the grounds are superb. Beach within steps - and more a local beach which is amazing. Hotel provides really great beach chairs, umbrellas, towels. Really - can’t say enough good things about this place and very few if any suggestions. Would and will go back to Montauk and exclusively stay here.

Nice clean motor inn style hotel. Staff was very nice. The only complaint I have is they only offer feather pillows. If you can’t use feather pillows you’re out of luck. For the price a different pillow option should be available.

We enjoyed the new and spotless rooms. The rooms are well designed taking the common Montauk style of renovating an existing old motel/hotel. There is no restaurant on site but is a very short walk to Bar Lalo (great) and Rooted (we did not try but looks good). The hotel is in quiet area close to a beach. We took the (new) bikes to Montauk town which took about 20 minutes easy ride. We liked the staff they were all cheerful and helpful.
