Lovely 2 night stop for the champagne region. Staff very helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

Only stayed one night and chose it because of it's proximity to the motorway as we were driving home to the UK. However, the room was a very pleasant surprise. Nice size, well furnished, very clean with a really comfortable bed. The hotel generally was also very quiet so got a great night's sleep. Would use this again. The only downside was there was no food and the bar was pretty expensive.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, well located hotel with very comfortable beds. Good choice for a stop off before heading back to the UK. Very good breakfast but not sure if it’s worth 21 euros! Very handy for taking a tram into Reims - only a 10 minute walk away. Not sure about the building site at the back - we stayed on Saturday night so no work going on.

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect hotel for stop over on route back to uk with family and dog, just off the motorway but close enough to pop into Reims centre in evening. Stayed in deluxe suite which fitted us all . Room was spacious, very clean and had comfortable beds. Lots of choice at breakfast although the hotel was very busy and 9am was peak time so it was a little chaotic. The bar in the hotel is a great for a nightcap but there is no restaurant servicing food so you have to go out. There are restaurants close by or a short journey into the city. Would stay here again

Good location for both Reims and Epernay. We didn’t spend a lot of time here as we were out exploring but it is a great place to stay.

10/10 Exceptional

Nice hotel and accommodating staff. The rooms were modern and clean. The beds very comfortable. The hotel is located on a small business park and it has a couple of restaurants opposite so it's easy to get food and drinks away from the hotel (they are across the car park). However the bar at the hotel was busy all evening and reasonably priced. The spa facilities were nice and the pool was great.

6/10 Good

The hotel looked smart and promising. Beware arriving on a Sunday. All adjacent restaurants were closed and the hotel only does breakfast. The room was lovely and we had a terrace. However there was no kettle, just a coffee pod machine. I had to ask for a kettle which was provided but the cups were on the small side. The terrace was large, roomy with table and chairs but the step up from the room was quite high and difficult if you are quite elderly or have mobility issues. There was also a loose wooden plank/tile near the door which put my husband, who was on crutches, off and he fell against the sliding doors and cut his wrist which bled. So overall not a pleasant stay. The staff though were helpful and spoke good English.
