Amenities and location were amazing but what really made the place special was the staff. They were very very helpful and always friendly even during riots. Their suggestions were excellent . Would stay here again and would recommend. Concierge service in particular was amazing.

Amazing location! Within the same building as the Galleria and 50 yards from the Duomo square. Clean modern room and helpful pleasant staff. The only negative is the name. I was put off by the name “ Room Mate” and envisioned back packers.. The hotel is quite the opposite

Fantastic location. Room a little small but okay for a short break. Soundproof rooms, no street noise (triple glazing) or from other rooms. Staff helpful and friendly. Would staying here again from we return to Milano.
