We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our time in Florence! The location was perfect — we were so close to everything and could easily walk everywhere, which made exploring the city so easy. The rooftop bar had great views of the city. One of our favourite parts of the stay was the concierge service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they gave us some amazing recommendations for dinners and shopping that we wouldn’t have found on our own. We had such a great experience from start to finish and can’t recommend this hotel enough. We would 100% stay here again the next time we’re in Florence!
