10/10 Exceptional

This was our second time staying here and the experience was great both times. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very convenient to receive a code in advance for the door instead of picking up a key or card in the office allowing us to arrive late and go straight to our room.

8/10 Very good

The online check-in was easy, and the room was clean and functional. The only complaint we have is with the bed. It was a double, which is rather small for two people. Also, the mattress was extremely soft, and any movement caused the bed frame to creak significantly.

6/10 Good

The room was decently cleaned. The microwaves for breakfast did not work so we weren't able to use them. We were hoping the room had an iron and ironing board but they didnt.

The rooms were very clean for the family suite. We loved how spacious and how wonderfully comfortable the couch and beds were! The kitchen was so cute as well. We were so happy to see the kitchen well stocked with utensils for making our dinner and breakfast. The two bathrooms came in handy when everyone was getting ready for bed. My only complaint is how the toilets were in a tiny corner; it reminded me of a kids' bathroom stall. XD I am rather tiny, but I still felt slightly claustrophobic when using it. Other than that, the room was simply wonderful and perfect for our stay!
