The staff is top tier! Valet is so kind and respectful! We were on the 11th floor for my 40th birthday. Didn't get to eat or see the bars at the hotel, but looked amazing.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was very helpful. There is valet parking, but there other options such as city lots or street parking.

6/10 Good

The hotel decor was lovely. I had two issues. I was initially checked in and the room was occupied by another guest. Well they changed my room and on my second day my room was entered as I was preparing to shower. There was no knocking or alerting that it was staff. I was not dressed and was embarrassed. I reported to the manager on duty who profusely apologized for both occurrences. Also for the price charged there should at least be a microwave and complimentary breakfast which by the way was pricey. We had to pay $150 for incidentals as well as $37 per day for valet parking! The staff I encountered were helpful and friendly.

8/10 Very good

Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were on the small side, but very comfortable. A block or two over from the hotel seemed a little iffy at night, but immediate vicinity was fine. Nice-ish neighborhood overall and very close to VCU. Overall, would stay again.
