Great location and pool/spa was top! Hotel staff not too eager to please or help in general though so did not really make us feel comfortable.

I feel most of the Estonian hotels maintain good standards. The room was good but lacked soul or warmness. Who drinks pink tea at morning time? The breakfast was good and have limited choice for vegetarians. Otherwise nice stay. Next time be assured.

This hotel is such a great value for its location and amenities! We had so much fun at the sauna and aqua center. Our room was also clean and spacious.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The hotel is well located. It has its own bar and little accomodation, the "high town" (Toopea) is very close and walkable, even to the old town. But the immediate surrounding is poor. Mainly residential, no real commercial, you have to go away. Room was fine, little cramped, no desk to work. It is just OK especially if you have a short stay.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Hotel is very busy. The spa facilities are what attract people, however these are also very busy. The pool was just about OK to swim but a lot of people using it. A popular hotel for groups of tourists. I only stayed one night. It does have a restaurant and coffee bar which is good if you can’t get out to other restaurants and arrive late. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the old town and very straightforward, although it’s a steep hill leading into the old town so could be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Overall a good enough short term stay.
