10/10 Exceptional

Lovely staff, super comfortable beds, soft bedding and pillows, great shower, free water in a cute pineapple themed reusable bottle, tea, milk etc. The lighting in the room was a mix of warm and cold shades, bit echo-ey without carpet or rugs. Good AC, plenty of phone chargers by the bed, massive TV.

Amazing hotel, clean friendly and they love animal rescue which is one of my pet projects. Everyone there went out of their way to be helpful and nice. Rooms were excellent. Lots of amenities would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is visiting Seattle.

6/10 Good

The neighborhood is the best part of this stay. It’s walkable, with cafés and restaurants close by, and the quirky, fun lobby sets a great tone. The room didn’t live up to it. The bedding wasn’t comfortable, and road noise came through, which made sleeping harder than it should be.

8/10 Very good

Nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside! Very convenient location for Amazon and downtown Seattle, with on-site self-parking at a reasonable price (vs. other hotels with valet parking). Marked it down one star because the hot water took ages to get going in our shower (top floor room).

Staff was very friendly and great at answering questions about the city. We were able to check in early and at check out they stored our luggage for the day(later flight). Great location to use public transportation from the airport. Very walkable to restaurants, Space Needle, museums and Pike Place. We had a good experience. Would definitely stay there again.

4/10 Fair

Don’t understand the hype. Room was meh and overall experience wasn’t super ideal. Bed is pretty comfy and bathroom is nice. Property isn’t nice and parking garage is awful. Weird swinger vibes as well.. Should’ve known by the pineapples everywhere. Won’t be staying here again

10/10 Exceptional

My first time staying at a StayPineapple, and my first time in Seattle! Staff was so helpful with directing me around, spots to eat, what to see(shoutout Teagan and William!). The hotel is very eco-friendly giving you a reusable water bottle, housekeeping every two days. The hotel gives you two free drink redemptions that apply to their sodas and alcohol which was very nice! Their hotel closes at 8pm to the public, requiring a key card to get into the lobby which had me feeling safe. I had a nice stay, I would stay again due to staff interactions and its desirable location within walking distance to the main tourist attractions.
