Excellent location on the plaza. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean, but dated. Our room was small. It was like staying in someone's guest room. Due to their prime location, I wish the hotel would remodel rooms and even combine some rooms to make them larger. Coffee shop in the hotel was nice amenity. Parking was convenient and we enjoyed our stay in Taos.

Great old hotel with a whole lot of character in a spectacular location. That said, it is an old hotel so expectations should be adjusted. You may see water stains on the ceiling, doors may squeak, bathroom vanities are non-existent, and walls are thin. It could stand some renovation but, regardless, we always enjoy our stays here.
