Location and restaurant staff was amazing! Especially Paige, Brandi and Austin. All 3 were exceptional servers/bartenders & genuinely great people! The food was really good too!

The staff were very nice, but for the price we paid and parking price we had a room that was super far from the elevator and no free breakfast and along with that the pool and spa were down which was the main reason we booked there! The rooms were ok and the shower was very nice but the toilets are way too low!

Yes the room was spotless and the staff was amazing. The servers in the restaurant were also amazing and it was the best prim rib ive ever had! The staff at this hotel is first class.

ELEVATORS not working for parking garage and no assistance for guests. Just where to find the stairs, 'go outside and look for the cone' to the stairs. Below negative windchill and walking stairwells and garage levels with luggage to find your vehicle. Crazy $ for self parking anyway!
