Our stay at the Vidam Hotel Aracaju was pleasant and, in many ways, unique. The rooms are comfortable and, within the hotel facilities, there are great options for leisure and rest. We want to highlight the special and warm service the concierge Antonio and the waitress Anita provided. We are truly grateful for being treated with this care and attention!

A nice hotel for a quick stay in Aracaju. Clean and comfortable. Staff members are kind and helpful. I speak some Portuguese, so communication was not a problem. They helped me to organise a trip to a nearby town of Sao Christovao, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Thanks a lot.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Brazil. The hotel structure, location and services are great. The best of best? The staff. Everyone there was cordial and friendly. Extra points to Sr Antonio Maia, Omar, Mirella and Miseias. Anitta from the breakfast service was outstanding. She was dedicated to offer the best service and went extra communicating with my husband ( an English speaker) . They are well informed about what’s going one in town. During the Sao Joao festivities, they have decorations and live music. Love their breakfast. Plenty of options. You can also order typical dishes like cuscuz and tapioca. WONDERFUL HOTEL!

A equipe do hotel é excelente e as áreas de piscina são ótimas. No entanto, definitivamente o hotel não chega a ser um 5 estrelas. O quarto está bem aquém dessa classificação. Sugerimos que a água das piscinas seja levemente aquecida. Quanto ao restaurante do hotel também aconselhamos que haja uma moderação nos temperos, pois há excesso de alho e coentro em alguns pratos, por exemplo.
