A comfortable bed and a good breakfast as well. We appreciate that there is a free shuttle to Mayo, great restaurant next to the hotel and a noon checkout.

We always stay here when visiting family on Rochester and have never had a problem. Except this time, someone at the front desk decided it would be a good idea to place a family with small active children in the room above us! We had to call down to have someone tell them to stop it but we don't
think anything was done and it continued until after 1am.

Everything was fine except for the mattress was completely worn out. A hole a hump and a hole. No support. Hotels sell sleep this one didn’t come close. Will never stay here again.
