Lovely Stay!

At Sugar Mill Hotel we found a charming, cottage like accommodation. We had a view of the sea. Our hosts and all the staff were all helpful and friendly. The meals were excellent, and the atmosphere in the dining rooms perfect.

We had a great time! Everyone at Sugar Mill was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good and everything on the menu is fantastic. It,s close to West End to pick up ferries or charters and not too far from Road Town either. The property is beautiful with lush, tastefuly landscaped vegetation and great views of the water.

Loved our stay at the Sugar Mill! It was in a lovely location in a quieter part of the island with a small beach and gorgeous views of the sunset! Mary and Dennis, the owners were wonderful and Andrea, the general manager, went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly including securing a rental car for us and organizing a day on a catamaran ensuring we had a stress free relaxing stay! The restaurant had a great ambience and food was delicious! Thank you for making our stay with you so enjoyable!

Met Dennis the owner who guided me through awesome dinner selections, chicken pate, pumpkin black bean soup, lobster steak combo. just delicious, The hotel room was nicely decorated and had pretty flowers on the bed upon arrival. the staff were helpful, ordered are taxis for us and the restaurants were so pretty. service was awesome. The Sugar Mill and Tortolla, BVI along the coast where this hotel is located the views are absolutely breathtaking, more so than any Island in the Caribbean and we have been to all of them. If you want a getaway at a quiet place with a fantastic Gourmet restaurant and beauty all around you then this is the place. Private Cottages tastefully furnished have direct views out over the water with your own private balcony. The Staff, managers, and owners could not be more hospitable and accommodating.

Overnight stay

Had an overnight stay there after one week sailing. Andrea and her husband are wonderful hosts. I enjoyed my complementary drink on arrival. My room was very spacious and had everything you could need during your stay. The housekeeping was so helpful and polite and was there if you needed anything. I ate lunch and breakfast in the beach restaurant. Food was good but not special and I didn’t find the staff particularly welcoming there. On the other hand, I could not fault the main restaurant and enjoyed a beautiful meal in the evening.
