The staff are very friendly and welcoming a credit to the hotel. The emphasis seems to be on family holiday which means lots of kids. There should be more adult only areas. In winter months there is insufficient attention to how cold it is inthe evening the restaraunts are cold.

Overall a good experience, restaurant options were very limited though as most were closed, most staff were exceptional but a few were particularly rude mainly in Txoco restaurant. Upgrade to the retreat if you can, facilities are very good

A truly exceptional stay. Rooms are beautifully designed, spotless and tranquil.Service was second to none, We were lucky enough to be up graded to the retreat which was perfect. Breakfast was a treat, with a huge buffet to select from as well as off the menu choices.
