This was probably the best trip we have ever had as a family! The staff was so nice, helpful, friendly I mean all of the above! We all talked about how we will definitely be coming back! Huge shout out to Hazel from reception so sweet and helpful, Isidro the waiter for making sure our family of 15 always sat next to each other and roxana for overall being so helpful 24/7 I mean amazing woman she the main reason we are coming back!

Food was not the best, music was dated and nothing upbeat, there was hardly any activities to do on the resort but go to the pool since the beach waves weren’t swim safe. Great hotel! Very friendly staff. Awesome food! I loved that after checking out they allowed us stay for the rest of the day in the hotel and use their services until our afternoon flight time came closer. That was very nice of them. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We have stayed before at other hotels in other places and they will ask us to leave immediately at check out or pay additional for staying longer or for the remaining hours of the day.

The property was clean. Great for families. Close to downtown San Jose, which is clean and safe. It's about a 40 minute drive to downtown Cabo. The only downside was the food. The restaraunts were hard to get a reservation at. The food you could get down by the pool (hamburger, hot dogs, chicken nuggets) wasn't very good. The pizza was amazing. Cocktails were great. Pool was clean, but hot like a bath due to time of year.

The food was good, but some dishes were repeated over several days, so there was not a lot of variety. The drinks were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was generally quiet. However, on our last night, I was woken up around midnight by noise from a party? which affected our sleep. Overall, my family and I had a great time at the hotel and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and good food and drinks.

Everything was great. They have a clean property, kid-friendly amenities, friendly staff, and a beachfront location. The only problem, as vegetarians, was that more than 80-85% of the buffet hot food options were non-vegetarian, so every day we had to survive with 15% of repetitive options without much variety. Also, restaurants with reservations were not providing many vegetarian options; only Pancho was able to provide some. The Marco Polo and Asian restaurant chefs did not quite entertain any vegetarian options, so vegetarian food was the only huge miss for us.
