Wonderful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast - lots to choose from! Our room and ensuite were both very generous in size. Great location to explore Goreme. Rooftop area to sit and watch the balloons. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great stay at Kaya Konak Hotel, for a honeymoon it’s a perfect place, we booked the Junior suite it was exactly like the pictures. It has romantic vibes. The manager was so nice and so helpful, and Sengul makes the most delicious breakfast it feels like you’re home I will certainly go back whenever I get the chance

The hotel manager, Mr. Átila, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Highlight for breakfast: simple, but tasty and with quality products. The breakfast attendant was helpful and friendly. The rooftop was a disappointment. The photos showed a modern and pleasant space, but in reality it is poorly maintained, without the promised view or structure.

O hotel possui muito potencial mas está descuidado. O terraço tem uma vista legal mas está sem manutenção e o cheiro de urina de gato é muito forte. O café é bom mas poderia ser um pouco melhor o espaço e a Leyla foi muito gentil e prestativa. Tivemos num problema com ralo do banheiro e tivemos que explicar o problema algumas vezes ao recepcionista que aparentava entender mas que não tinha muita paciência e experiência. Os dias com toda certeza poderiam ter sido mais agradáveis. Pontos positivos: localização, secador de cabelo, tinha ar condicionado. Acredito que se tivessem alguém com real disposição e experiente esse hotel seria ótimo.

Odamız çok güzeldi ancak duşa kabimdeki su önce banyoya sonra da odaya akıyor yani en ufak bir suda banyo sular altında kalıyor bizi rahatsız eden şey buydu. Eşim kayıp düşmeyelim diye banyoyu kurutmaya çalıştı resmen her yer sular içinde kaldı. Sonrasında kahvaltı da pek yeterli değildi olması için var olan bir kahvaltıydı diyebiliriz. Yeniden tercih eder miyiz hayır deneyimledik ve tercih etmeyiz.

Bom, porém com problemas de limpeza

O atendimento pelos donos é excelente. Prestativos em ajudar no que for preciso para os passeios e mesmo para fazermos algumas caminhadas por conta própria! Logo que chegamos, antes do horário do check-in, fomos recebidos com alguns mimos do café da manhã! O quarto que ficamos é bem aconchegante e bem decorado. Tivemos problemas apenas com a limpeza do quarto. Na primeira manhã no hotel, estávamos descansando depois do café da manhã e fomos acordados com a moça da limpeza dizendo que precisávamos fazer o check-out. Depois ela pediu para eu retirar o lixo do banheiro e entregar para ela, já que estávamos no quarto. Nos outros dias, pedimos para que fosse feita a limpeza, mas na sala e no banheiro, o chão e as superfícies não foram limpas, e estavam com vários pedacinhos de pedrinhas que caíam do teto, além de poeira. Em nenhum dos dias foi feita essa limpeza, ou seja, em 4 dias o quarto não foi limpo devidamente.

Fiyat yönünden iyi. Sadece gün sonu gelip uyuyumak için yeterli. Resepsiyondaki geçn arkadaşım herşeye tek başına bakıyor. Banyo temizliğine daha dikkat etmelerini tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltı kalan misafirlerin sayısına göre masalara tabaklarda hazırlanmış şekilde. Kahvaltıda çeşit gerçekten az. Ama dediğim gibi bu fiyata bu kadar.
