No ceiling lights, the bed was old, the heater not working in the bathroom and very loud outdoor. The other bedrooms were pretty much more comfortable!

This is a pretty average highway side hotel. In all honesty, I would say it’s closer to a motel then a hotel. But, it was clean and quiet, so we got a good nights rest. Nothing fancy, but good value for the money. The only « problem » was arriving in our room at about 6pm during a heatwave to find that the air conditioning had been off all day and the room was a furnace. Once we turned it on full blast, the room was livable in about 20 minutes.

Asked for a room on the lower level(seniors) and the room was only a double bed yet we paid for a queen beed. Bed was terrible and the tv didn't work. We asked for a queen bed room and needed a second floor room. Bed was much better and the tv worked. No elevator and the stairs are not very good. Spiral stairs with narrow treads on inside curve. Not impressed with the place and won't stay there again.

Having looked for and booked a simple, clean, and comfortable sleep experience in proximity to our family's location, we knew not to expect a resort, but come on folks, I don't think that expecting a warm room with a working TV is asking too much. The room was cold and while the individual room heater did cycle on every now and then, it was neither for a long enough time nor was it frequent enough. The room was cold. Clearly nobody checks to see if the electronics work in the rooms, because after not being able to turn on the TV, when I checked to see if the TV remote had batteries, they were completely corroded and stuck in their compartment. The TV couldn't even be turned on by its physical/local power switch either.
