"For a last minute reservation this hotel ended up being great. One of the best I have stayed in for awhile and would definitely go back. This area can be hit and miss. I also appreciate the Casita setup of this particular hotel. Breakfast was typical however there was no short supply.

Santa Fe is an amazing city with a special downtown historical district that pre-dates the Mayflower. We attended the internationally recognized opera festival. These were top flight productions with amazing singing in an unforgettable theater.

I was born and raised in Santa Fe. Have a burger at Shake and some enchiladas at Atriscos. Do some shopping at Double Take BEFORE you spend big money at the Plaza. Enjoy the mild weather. Visit Our Lady of Guadalupe statue on Guadalupe street.

We had never been to Santa Fe before and loved it. The artwork, architecture, buildings, and gift shops in downtown were great. The state capitol was worth a visit too. There was live music in the square in the evening.

"Beautiful boom-era hotel in the center of Old Town Santa Fe; appreciated the Gruet winery tasting room within the Hotel; great front porch for relaxing; we were there during construction project, but it did not bother us at all; valet parking was less that parking a few blocks away and very convenient"
"My only criticism would be that no rooms were available when I tried to check in, and I asked for a phone call when one became available, and never got a call...but, Hyatt Place is my favorite hotel brand when I'm traveling alone for business. Love the design and decor, and their attention to detail RE: charging ports, etc."
"Such a charming hotel. Love the lobby and room decor. Such a beautiful lobby and cozy bar. So close to everything..crepes, museums, the square, oven fired pizza...great shopping for the ladies and good shops for men.
We visited in August..would love to see it at Christmas. Sante fe is so great in so many ways...wish i lived closer
"
"I love this hotel--located in walking distance to the plaza and restaurants, galleries, shopping. Great staff. Great breakfast with waffles and green chili burritos that you build yourself (so if you just want bacon, eggs, potatoes--you've got that). Only minor complaint is the strength of the internet and how it comes and goes. "
"Charming hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, and lovely breakfast choices cooked to order. The rooms are a tiny bit small but very pleasant. Nice cozy lobby. Short walk to museums and Santa Fe Plaza. "

"Perfect in every way! Firstly, the front desk staff was so helpful with touring and dining suggestions tailored for us, which led to a fantastic view of Santa Fe...including suggestions for my 20 year old's photography! The breakfast was delicious and dining servers very prompt and highly personable. "
"Very clean and functional. Amenities were plenty especially for the price point. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options good even though apple juice was not available the day I was there. In addition the ice machine on 2nd floor was not working. Many entry points into the facility which was nice. Only negative was the elevator was very confusing because it doesn't show a second floor even though one does exist and both lobby and 1st floor are the same. May be tough for a senior to understand and catch on. Finally, Cerrillos Drive has plentiful restaurants near the hotel but the entry points are very confusing where you may make a wrong turn and have to double back. Not the hotel's fault but inconvenient for a guest. Would recommend staying here if in the area!"
