As a Scot, living in England since a child, I still regard Glasgow as my home city! I love coming back and walking through the City centre! George Square is impressive and the shopping district vibrant and full of variety. Wanted to see so much more!

Glasgow is love. It is friendly, feels safe, big enough to explore yet small enough to get from A to B. One never tires of it. The centre, Victorian architecture, museums, libraries, cafes, shopping malls and eateries, it is a delight to roam about

Glasgow has a rich history which is worth exploring. Museums and Art galleries include a fabulous collection called the Burrell which is well worth the less than an hour's ride. The City has changed beyond all recognition over the last 50 years.

Gander Walking tour is worthwhile. Our guide Robert is extremely knowledgeable about the city. We discovered there is far more to Glasgow than we thought. Will be back again to explore more. Great range of restaurants and pubs to suit all pockets.

I've a very soft spot for this city. Despite its past image of being a bit rough and ready, today you'll find a friendly welcoming city with beautiful architecture, interesting museums and great shopping. The people really do make Glasgow.

A lively city. We expected it to be quiet on Sun/Mon/Tues stay, but found plenty of lively places on these nights. Live music venues and The Stand comedy club. All either walking distance or cheap taxi rides away. Will definitely return.

So much to see and do. Really friendly. Great food options. If you were there long enough to want a change of scenery, it is surrounded by beautiful countryside (much of which can be seen from Glasgow's hills) that need exploring.

If you have never been to Glasgow you are missing out. Don't bother with Edinburgh and its castle. Glasgow is very much the place to be. Lively, vibrant and divers as well as being one of the friendlies cities you will ever visit.
"We stayed overnight for my birthday, on arrival they gave us a bottle of Prosecco which I thought was so nice! We stayed in the penthouse suite so the view was amazing with a wrap round balcony! The rooms are big and the bed is so comfy! Definitely will be back"
"We LOVED this hotel. My friend and I had a movie night here after a long day of sight seeing and traveling and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not only was the room incredibly nice and comfortable, but the staff were so kind and helpful. One of the staff members was on her first day and gave us recommendations for the city. We will definitely be marking this hotel anywhere we travel for another trip!"
