Terrible host, misleading information, overall bad

I traveled with my family, and was hoping for a relaxing vacation. The first thing we stumbled upon was that there were no towels there. We looked everywhere and couldn’t find it. Called the 24h reception and wrote in the chat, and there was no help to get. I write them an email as well, and didn’t get a reply before three days after, where they asked us to check the cabinet. I mean, it’s been three days, we checked everything. The check in information was written wrong and therefore we couldn’t get into the first door. The security guard saw that we were struggling, so he let us in, but there was no help to get. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want a headache, misleading information and like bad experiences.
