"I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this was my first time in the Queen City room. The reception staff are always very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming — the customer service truly makes you feel at home.
I enjoyed my stay overall; however, the bathroom setup could be improved. The shower area caused water to spread across the floor, and although the provided squeegee was helpful, it wasn’t an optimal solution. A small shower cabin or a raised edge could prevent the water from flowing out and make the bathroom much more practical for guests"
"Room was small but impeccable with everything you need. Super friendly staff. Great that they offet complimentary coffee at the lobby / living room area. Coming back late on a rainy day and having the chance to enjoy a coffee is a plus. "
"Friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable room beds etc. ( and even a kettle!) A really excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choice and even a " make your own waffles" area . Very good location and a lovely modern, spacious interior.
