Desde el hotel fueron poco flexibles cuando tuve un problema con el pago y me amenazaron con cancelar mi reserva si no pagaba por adelantado a través de un link, a pesar de que en la reserva ponía que se pagaba en el alojamiento. Además, una vez hecho el pago, tuvimos que llamarles al número de emergencia porque no nos mandaban el código para entrar en la habitación. Una vez nos lo mandaron, la llave que nos dieron era para otra habitación, y no estaban seguros de si la llave que teníamos abría la habitación de otra persona o no. En general, muy muy mal servicio y gestión.
