"$151 night. $51 would have been more like it. The room was very small and did not smell good at all. Carpet was definitely not clean. Excessive caulking on bath fixtures from many repairs. The property showed its age and seemed to be a little run down. Hvac system on some sort of timer and kicked off in the middle of the night waking us up and making the room hot. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but for the money I paid it was disappointing."

"The mattresses in both 2 bedroom condos we rented were terrible. Very hard to rest when mattress is not good. Ice makers in both rooms had issues. Maintenance helped with one but needed parts and couldn't repair other one. Did leave 2 bags of ice. Replaced roof during our stay. Roofing nails in parking lot along with debris blowing around the cars. Their lift blocked drive numerous times. We had asked to stay where there was no construction and we told only pool area under construction. Wall paper loose and unsightly. We stayed here in March 2023 and was shocked at low to no maintenance of buildings. Pool not available then either. With 4 small children pool access is very important. When told no pool, said compensate with vouchers for put put golf...refused at front desk said no longer doing that. Blamed 3rd party over and over and told me to call them instead of helping. Credit card machine not working and I showed them where I couldn't sign or push buttons. Got to room and told come back cause card did not process. Needless to say we won't be back."

"The photo of the property shown should be taken down. The waterpark is not open. To add to that, for us personally, there were no linens for the sofa beds. We discovered this at 10pm and the desk informed us they were out of blankets. The air conditioning upstairs did not work. The unit that we stayed in needs to be deep cleaned. The location was great but this property is not a hotel. Bring ice etc. Do not expect amenities."
