The service was great! Front desk clerk, Fatima, told us about great restaurants in the area and made reservations for us because we do not speak Portuguese. The restaurant that she recommended, Cais 20, picked us up at the hotel, gave us phenomenal service and the food and wine was amazing! All of the above was reasonably priced. When we missed our flight Neat Hotels happily took us back for one more night’s stay and included breakfast for a slight up-charge. You can bet that we left Fatima a nice tip for her unwavering hospitality.

This hotel is in an amazing location, everything in Ponta Delgada is in a walkable distance and the reception staff are very accommodating to our needs! I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great, central location in Ponta Delgada -- great for those who choose not to rent a vehicle. We had negative and positive experiences during our stay. Check -in is not until 3PM, which is taken very seriously and we were told if we wanted to check in early it would cost 50 euro. Once we were able to get to our room, there were no towels, and we were told it was because the laundry service would not arrive until 6. The room was clean though smelled very strongly of Mildew. Fast forward - staff was very helpful when my friend woke up with an infection under her eye and they gave her medicine and the number for a pharmacy. Breakfast is included -- but when leaving at 6AM for our flight, i made coffee and got some cereal and staff told me it wasn't included in our room rate on the last day. Weird since checkout isn't until 12PM. Hotel got the job done for a central place to stay, but it was a little strange and annoying.

Good place to be in Ponta Delgada
The hotel is really very convenient, safe & nice. I was in the 5th floor w/ a great view of the city, Thank you for fulfilling my request. The front desk personnel are helpful, friendly & speaks English. Check in time is late 3pm!For people coming fr the US ( arrived early). The room is quite spacious, lots of cabinet to put stuff, TV w/ lots of premium channels, English & other language. Soundproof?= Still can hear outside noise but not loud. Amenities is not much= a small soap &all in 1 body shampoo pump. The safe need to have a key & fee! The bed is firm, also the pillow, kinda stiff when i wake up. AC works well. The room is clean, housekeeping comes everyday to clean if u want. I felt safe in the hotel & also the surrounding area, very convenient, few feet fr cafe, supemarket, restaurant , port & sights. They offer breakfast & massage but didn’t try it. They have tour pamphlets from different operators to choose from. Overall, definitely i have a comfortable stay. .
