I walked around the block several times with all my luggage trying to find the entrance to the hotel. What they do not mention is the entire block is under construction and so there is a little piece of paper that is taped to the side of the building identifying the entrance. Ofcourse the hotel is on the 5th floor and the elevator takes 1 euro to operate so I ended up lugging my luggage up 5 flights of stairs. I get to the front desk and they tell me I am actually at the wrong entrance and to walk down the 5 floors again, walked over a block and walk back up 5 flights of stairs. I do that and when I get to the other entrance I learn that it is actually the overflow section and is actually not part of the hotel at all. This is what I hate about the room: The room is extremely small, the bathroom had black mold growing in it, there are no available outlets for a computer, the wireless signal is extremely weak, the AC in the room is designed to keep a 50sqft room cool (room never got cool), because of the construction the view they boast on their page is nothing but construction equipment, the staff is very unhelpful, and it is extremely noisy in the room. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk and told them I was not going to stay the entire week they told me they don't care if I leave but were going to charge me the entire week anyways. So I called Hotels.com and they were able to call the hotel and fix my issue. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

The rooms are lovely, location is good, breakfast was good. But it's noisy. Really, really noisy. Impossible to get a decent night's sleep.

Arrived at the property at 21:00 and although it may seem difficult to find, it is easy enough. The sister hotel can be found opposite the Sephora makeup shop On one of the gated corners in the middle of the gallery. The Staff on check in were happy, helpful and friendly. The member of staff took us round to our entrance. An old style elevator which was quirky led us to the entramce to the B&B and don't be fooled by the outside of the hotel. Once you go in through the doors it is lovely. The room was exactly like the pictures with high, sweeping walls and oppulent decor. Immaculately cleaned Inside you had complimentary toiletries, sewing kit, shaving kit and even branded slippers. A really nice touch The rooms have air conditioining and tea and coffee facilities as well as a fridge If you are a light sleeper you may want to invest in ear plugs as you do have shops below but, even being an kncredibly light sleeper i had no issues in such a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice enough and mainly continental pastries, meat, cheeses, cereal fruit, yoghurt and eggs. Great for setting you up for a long day trip to Pompeii! Sitting out over the main gallery you really do feel privileged to be in such an historical building and again it was just as the pictures The lady who served us every day was cheerful, friendly and a joy to have around. All in all i would highly recommend this B&B. Location and facilities are perfect and as a small quirky B&B it cannot be faulted

Great central location for Metro, shopping and ferry port. All in walking distance. Make sure that you get what you sign up and pay for! The room description included a bath, which I forgot was included as I'd booked some time ago, we had a shower. I only realised and remembered this when I was checking my emails for the return flight. All the staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much hassle for them.

Not the usual type of hotel, quirky in style and in a brilliant position. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Left to your own devises (not always someone on reception) but alway with the support of sister hotel. The most divine setting for breakfast overlooking Galleria Umberto and offered a excellent range of food.

The hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The only issues we had with the hotel were: 1) it was a little bit confusing to find the place. A little bit more instructions on where to go and how to find them would have been much appreciated, and 2) this may have just been our room, but the shower head was absolutely awful. Took three times longer to shower than it normally would! However, those were minor complaints. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed a total of three night in Naples. The first 2 nights were spent at the Art Resort B&B and last night at B&B galleria Umberto. Both B & Bs are managed by same staff. Situated on 3 and 4 floor of the Galleria Umberto, it's in an ideal setting. All staff, Maurizio, Monica and others were all very professional, friendly, helpfull and kind. Rooms are very clean, the breakfast area overlooks the Inside of the Galleria Umberto. Thnak you all for a great stay!! We will return and refer to our many friends
