Absolutely magnificent!! Beautiful chateau and the restaurant food was amazing. The pool area was so enjoyable. Fantastic experience and we will be back.
Great litle gem
Beautiful gem of a hotel! Wonderful service and clean. Stay here if you can!
After staying at a number of boutique hotels internationally we have a habit of booking one really nice hotel for each family trip. Our stay at the cheateau was intended to be just that, but it left some thing to be desired. The grounds were gorgeous, and the dinner was truly delicious. Check in was easy and the location was ideal to explore the local wineries. Unfortunately the room was average, and didn’t represent the premium we payed and the pool wasn’t heated. This is a case of price affecting expectations. The experience is likely different for those traveling without kids and the premium may have more to do with the region in which it is located as well as the time of year in which we travelled.
OK, but a bit disappointing. We booked a superior room, but it was on the small side and in the attic. Only a shower (no bath) and that leaked all over the bathroom floor. Pool area was rather rundown (not as impressive as the photos)
The Restaurant is absolutely amazing ....of the highest Standard... worth a Michelin star in our opinion.....fab wines and staff, too a wonderful find and great for a stop over.
We stayed overnight en route to Morzine. Lovely bed and room. Could have slept all morning! Shower was not v strong but we were in an attic room.
We stayed here 9 years ago and it is just as great as it was then
Greet Place for a stopover. Nice comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast though dinner was a 6+....in service and quality and taste of food. A pity for such a nice place
Lovely chateau - excellent stopover - would definitely stay here again.
