The room was clean and a good size. The staff was extremely helpful in every department. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food. Overall excellent experience. This was our third year staying there and plan to return again in the future.

The room was surprisingly spacious and conveniently located close to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. While very clean, it’s starting to show signs of wear. I wished that it had a convenience store in the hotel to grab a quick bite. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Possibly my favourite hotel I've stayed in, the look of the hotel along with how amazing the staff were to it's location, cleanliness and convenience of transport...it really had it all! Nice hotel, with easy access to Disneyland/DisneySea plus into Tokyo from Maihama Station. Free bus or ride the monorail (costs) Buffet restaurant was very nice. Outdoor pool which features heavily in images was closed (assumed only opens for the summer season), but inside pool nice enough, even if changing room signage isn't brilliant.
