"I stayed at the hotel Aria for 6 days during a conference and had a really positive experience, especially thanks to the staff. Each morning, the breakfast team was consistently kind and attentive. There was a young man working at the buffet who was especially pleasant and professional—his friendly attitude made mornings brighter. The man preparing the coffee was also excellent—efficient, focused, and served promptly, great expresso. The female servers were equally helpful and welcoming. I also want to thank the male receptionist at the front desk—he was courteous, efficient, and made both check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The whole team contributed to a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Missed Rimini already, thank you all!"

"Excellent hotel and would stay here again. So many positives but no.1 is the staff. Every single person there was friendly, efficient and willing to help. Breakfast was great, room small but clean and everything that was needed. Location for the restaurants etc was good. Also had access to some activities run by a sister hotel so managed to do Pilates, yoga and paddle boarding all for free. You can’t go wrong staying here"

"This is a good hotel, not new but cozy and comfortable. The pool nice but looked green in bottom. So we didn’t try it. Breakfast was very nice with wide variety of dishes. Beach is close to hotel and free for hotel visitors. We paid for umbrella and chairs only. "

"Lovely hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and nice bed and beddings. Housekeeping is excellent. Every day, my bed is made like i have just check-in. Well made with new pillow cases and sheets. Amazing. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. Breakfast is amazing too. Staff very friendly and warm. Location is excellent. A few mins walk to the city centre and to the main train station. Highly recommended. "

"One of the things that stood out was the friendly staff and they really made a difference to the stay. The room was clean and a comfy bed! My only downside is that there was only one plug socket available in my room so I'd recommend bringing an extension lead or multi plug socket adapter. This also had the mini fridge plugged in so I couldn't really use that. Breakfast was good and could be booked the night before for 7.50 euros per day. Standard selection for this sort of buffet breakfast but tasted good and plenty of choice on drinks. There was the option to hire sun beds at a beach with an agreement with the hotel (I believe this was 20 euros for two) but I didn't try this out. The hotel was in a good location, not too far from the beach and very close the Metromare. There were also plenty of Lime bikes nearby to get around the city. Great stay, I would return! "

"Hotel was more than we expected. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was right in the middle of the beach area and the included breakfast was awesome! There are a ton of restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The beach is right across the street! And as my kids can attest to, the best waves in Ravenna are right in front of the hotel. The hotel is popular so all the taxi services know right where you are when you call. We easily transferred between the train station and the cruise port."

"Lovely hotel near the beach a few steps away .Private beach sunbeds quite expensive with 20% of still 30 euros a day for 2 beds which you can book for the whole week if you want Rooms furnished well with all you need kept exceptionally clean by the cleaners A bit noisey in the morning as dustcarts come quite early we choose a side room in future i will go direct to the hotel re rooms . Reception staff excellent and the boss couldn't have been more helpful with all my questions she dealt with everything i asked about as my first time to the area Long promenade that you could walk into Cervia about 20mins or the hotel rented cycles with restaurents and bars on the beach along the way . Easy to find your way around as streets tended to be grids so easy to find your way to the restaurents in the area which were reasonable priced and we didint have a bad meal all week superb WE had bed and breakfast and if you cant find something you like to eat then must be beyond fussy as catered for everyone nothing to much trouble Will definately go there again Thank you for a lovely hotel "

"This reasonably priced hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, and, although we weren’t cooking on this short trip, we were impressed by how well supplied the kitchen was. We availed ourselves of the deal the hotel has with one of the nearby beach clubs and loved it. It was easy walking distance from the hotel. The included breakfast was bountiful. All of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I would happily stay here again. "
