Amazing stay from beginning to finish. The location was perfect for attending the ballgame! An easy walk over the bridge to the stadium was perfect! Beautiful building and super clean rooms :) Friendly staff!

The lobby is gorgeous and feels five star. Our kind bedroom was fine. Small bathroom that needed updating but had all we needed and was clean. Great location and overall appeal.

My husband and I did a quick overnight here for our anniversary. It was really neat to stay in such a historic hotel. I've stayed in other hotels that are just as old but not nearly as nice and far more beaten up. We stayed in a king room and it was plenty big. The staff here was very friendly and I was impressed with the gorgeous flowers displayed throughout the lobby area. This would be a great hotel to host a wedding!

Nice except room had a bad Oder.
The hotel is beautiful. The employees were very nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But as soon as you walked in the room it had a bad oder like a wet dog was in there. Maybe it was the carpet. Spoke with the front desk and they apologized and said they would notify housekeeping and then took off our WiFi charge.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful walkable city. Internet cost money to use, should be complimentary. Beds are a bit uncomfortable, once again for the price, they should be better.

The hotel was beautiful but did not live up to the expectation of being a 4 star hotel. When we were leaving, we tried to get a cart to take our luggage and no one would help us.

This may be the best shower in Pittsburgh!
The Omni William Penn Hotel may have the best shower of any hotel I've stayed in! I didn't have the opportunity to eat in any of the restaurants, but the dine-in menus look fantastic. My room layout was a little awkward. There was little room to navigate between the bed and TV to get to the closet, but it was a walk-in closet!
This was a same day hotel reservation, because I had no air conditioning in my home. It was so easy to reserve the room on the hotels.com app and the pricing was perfect.
