The hotel is clean and modern. What I love about the room is it does not have a carpet!…

Everything about this hotel was great. Friendly and helpful staff all around. Bar included. Room was very clean which is the first thing I look at when booking. Found parking literally 5 steps away from front entrance and had it the entire stay. Incidental fee is only $50 with no hidden gimmicks. Recommend 10/10

Work related travel, would have like to have a restaurant style food option in the building. There is a limited coffee/pastry shop which is good in the morning.

Overall the stay was awesome! The staff were responsive and very nice. The room was wonderful, except for the GLASS DOOR for the bathroom. That was the ONE thing we didn't like overall. We had an issue with a small part of the door breaking off when our 7 yr old daughter went to the bathroom. The door was soo heavy that she couldn't easily close it so we suspect it was closed kind of hard and consequently some of the base broke off? Staff were quick to respond when we called for a broom and dustpan but it is something to keep in mind for the future. We will also make sure to ASK beforehand so we don't run into this problem in the future. Other than that, the stay was awesome from beginning to end and next time we travel to the Portland area we will strongly consider staying here again!

The AC hotel is a true gem in downtown Portland. I could not have asked for a better location. Walked to all of our favorite restaurants, Pioneer Square is nearby for shopping, Tram is located a block away, everything I needed was within reach. I actually didn't even use a an Uber this trip at walk, Pro Tip: Union Square Station is only 0.9 mile walk, so it's perfect if you're arriving via AMTRAK from Seattle! I'll be back!
