El primer día salí a comer fuera de la propiedad. Cuando regresé, aproximadamente 9:00 PM, está se encontraba cerrada y por más que tocamos no nos habrían. Pensamos que ya nos quedaríamos afuera. Habrán pasado unos 30 minutos para que nos abrieran el portón y pudiéramos pasar a descansar.. su argumento fue que casualmente llegué cuando el portero había cambiado de turno y que el de la noche no había llegado.. 🙄. terrible

Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar en todo sentido. Alberca helada. No hay muchas opciones en el restaurante para comer. Las instalaciones en mal estado en general.

En muy mal estado las instalaciones no hay ni siquiera agua caliente para bañarse, definitivamente me arrepiento de haberme quedado ahi

Le faltan detalles a las instalaciones por ejemplo: mantenimiento, botes de basura en la habitacion, no nos dieron la clave de internet, nuestra cerradura de la habitación no cerraba por dentro y nos tuvimos que dormir con la puerta emparejada, la cama estaba incomoda.

La alberca debería estar climatizada ya que en la tarde no hace tanto calor, y deberían tener mas control con el ruido en las habitaciones, ya que nos toco escándalo con música con alto volumen en la madrugada proveniente de una habitación cercana a la que me toco ocupar.

El servicio muy bueno, Danny y Zoe muy amables y con excelente disposición. La relación calidad-precio de los alimentos muy adecuada. Coctelería un poco limitada pero muy bien ejecutada, sobre todo las piñas coladas. El cuarto un poco austero, el principal contra las cortinas que dejan pasar toda la luz del sol desde las 6:00 am. No salió agua caliente, máximo templada, pero el buen clima hizo que no fuera nada grave.

La Srta. Daniela nos dio un excelente servicio, es una persona muy cálida. En general es un lugar bastante cómodo y accesible, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso, solamente que hubo un día que no tuvimos agua caliente pero fuera de eso excelente.
