Close to Central Station, Chinatown and multiple tram stops, so easy to get around. Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable. The cafe is disappointing, but otherwise it's a good, convenient place to stay.

Very easy access to train lines, room was nice and clean and we were able to check in early. Staff was fairly hands off but overall a pleasant easy stay. The bathrooms do lack a bit of privacy to keep in mind with who you are travelling with.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location- very near Central Station, Chinatown and Pady’s market.
The front desk staff are friendly.
However, the rooms are small, beds are small and uncomfortable- soft and bouncy, could not get a good night sleep here .

New hotel so top marks for cleanliness. The rooms are well thought out for the space allocated with adequate amenities such as slippers, ironing board, safe toiletries and sewing kit (no bathrobes).
The fire alarm does get tripped ALOT, not sure if it's because it's a new building. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our 4 night stay
