I had a last minute booking at The Iceberg, and they were extremely accommodating. The hotel has a remote check in system, and I was able to check in late at night. The service was incredibly responsive and helpful. They checked on me half way through my stay to make sure I was enjoying my time, and overall, we're extremely kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit South Lake Tahoe. The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. My family and I will definitely be back.

We had such a relaxing time at the Iceberg Tahoe. Easy check in, easy check out. The lock on the door is a keypad, which I thought was a great safety feature. Our room was so clean, decorated nicely and so organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. We sat by the firepit at night, nice meeting place with other guests. Pine Trees in the neighborhood are amazing, so big and beautiful. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The owners really make sure your stay is comfortable; they thought of everything! We will be back at some point!

First time staying here for our annual Tahoe trip. I gave 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. Even though there's no staff on-site, just the cleaning staff. They were so wonderful in getting back to us with answers to all of our concerns. The cleaning staff is also super nice. We will stay here again next year.

Wonderful stay at the Iceberg Hotel. Location was very close to heavenly village and to the lake. Room was clean, up to date, and spacious. Perfect for my fiancée and I. Check in was easy and I was able to do it a day in advance so there was no issues when arriving. They also provide vouchers for lakeside beach, which reduces the admission price from $30 per person to just $5 per person. The voucher also gets you a 50% discount for rentals at lakeside beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the modern aesthetic of the room. It was also very clean and seemed well maintained. Loved that Heavenly Village was walking distance and there were plenty of electric scooters to rent in the area if you’re feeling lazy to walk. The only real downside for me was how soft the bedding was. Mattress and pillows were too soft for my taste and I couldn’t really get a good nights rest. Also, would have been nice to chill outside in the fire pit area but it was closed the entire time during my stay.

It was a nice place and we had a great time in Tahoe. It was walking distance to the village and restaurants. There were a few things I didn’t expect though. The shared indoor space looked to be under remodel and full of building materials, this would’ve been nice to know about, the hot tub is pretty small, and the parking lot is small and hard to maneuver in an suv when it’s full. The staff was nice the few times I saw them. The room was decent enough and clean. I don’t know that I would stay there again.

So the first thing I want to mention is this hotel has no front desk. I was a bit confused at first when finding that out. Instead you do eveything over the phone. Like get your door code, check in, etc. So when you need something you are supposed to contact them by phone for it. While it was a bit different, I didn’t have any issues. It was super easy and they were good about messaging me. I got a few messages during our stay from them making sure we didn’t need anything. So they do stay in touch which is nice. As for the actual rooms, they are very nice. Modern but still have that mountain cabin vibe. Very clean, has everything you could need like extra blankets, a heater, and extra space heater, blow dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a big smart Tv. The bed is extremely comfortable. It is lower to the ground, it didn’t bother us, but worth mentioning if you have a hard time getting in or out of low beds. The water in the shower gets really hot and there is even a built in area to sit down in the shower. Everything works really well. The room is large and spacious. The location is good too. It’s not right on the busy street, but close enough you could still walk to heavenly village or the casinos. It is also pretty close to the lake as well. Right in the center between the lake and heavenly village. There was enough parking and it was easy enough to get in and out of the parking lot. Really nice stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

There was some construction going on (that was to be completed before our arrival) to the area below our room. The company discounted our stay and was very apologetic. I think because this is an offsite reception type of hotel things can happen that they deal with remotely. Cleanliness was great , however, being sensitive I was aware of scents my husband wasn’t. I am unaware of amenities. It looks like there is a fire pit area being finished up possibly. I would consider staying another time and seeing if these things improve or not. It was cutely remodeled.

Room was very clean, Onsite staff was very attentive and nice especially the cleaning lady. Everything "front desk" is thru text and calls which takes a while but not too long, similar to a hotel response time, not a deal breaker. Would stay again due to price to quality. Outside it looks dated but clean and nice inside. 1 star taken away due to noise. DO NOT STAY AT ROOM NEAR THE WASHING MACHINE AREA, Unless you plan to not be in your room during working hours or else you wont be able to relax due to the constant humming of the dryer and spinning of the washing machine. Other than that its a great place.
