"The restaurant food wasn't that good and it was expensive for what you got. Staff at front desk were friendly, as were the restaurant staff. The room was adequate but nothing special. It was a good hotel for getting to the cruise port which is what most people staying there were doing."

Solent Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent
"I stay at the hotels nearly every week for business and personal reasons so I have seem my fair share of the hotels. I was very impressed with this hotel. It is located conveniently just off the motorway and next to the shopping centre yet the hotel was so quiet. When we have checked in they had big wedding but again the botel seems peaceful. Plenty of parking, great hotel spa and room was clean, spacious and all the amenities you would expect at the higher end hotels without 5 star hotel prices. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. We didnt have food at the hotel so cant comment in that. This is definitely going to be my choice of hotel next time we are in the area."
