We had a wonderful last minute stay at this location. Everyone in the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The facility itself is nice and pretty large. The water park kept my son busy when it was open, and the food options were good. In general I have to say I really enjoyed our stay here.

Great hotel, the food options were extensive, well varied and had great options everyday. Very nice swimming pool and gym. Friendly staff and a free shuttle to the beach everyday. Location right opposite to Land of Legends so good for shopping and retail shops.

We have asked the reception for late check out kind of one hour They have refused and asked to check out within 5 minutes We have stayed 4 nights, all other crew were friendly and nice staff Just the reception need to be more friendly and more flexible The reason I have asked about one more hour we have 2 years old baby was sleeping and we have very long trip in that night and unfortunately they didn’t help

Fantastic hotel with excellent service, great facilities, and various pool options. The staff were kind and helpful, and gave us a tour upon arrival. Unfortunately, the kids’ area was not yet completed, but a small playground had been set up for the children. There was some noise due to construction of a new hotel right next door, but it was manageable. There were a few bazaars missing in the area, although Land of Legends is located just across the street — but it was a bit on the expensive side
